Depending on the charter length and time of day, each charter includes fresh local produce, from seafood and salads for lunch to fresh fruit and grazing platters. Captain Steve Clark and Admiral Tina Connell-Clark, known to all as Teen, sailed Audacious Duo from La Rochelle, France to Brisbane. Along the way they survived an orca attack, crossed the equator as Shellbacks, won a trans-Atlantic race award, and swam with whales in Tonga and manta rays in Fiji.
